Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 state of the United States. If you live outside of the United States please email us or call regarding your specific needs we will try to accomodate your request.  Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

Returns Policy

New/Unused:

You may return most New/Unused/Unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full product refund.  If you no longer want the item you ordered, simply call our office, obtain a Return Authorization Number, and ship the item back to New PECO.   If the return is a result of our error, you received an incorrect or defective item, then we will send you a return ticket to send the item back for a refund.

To start the return process simply call our office at (828) 684-1234 and speak with one of our customer service representatives. 

All returns require prior authorization from New PECO, Inc. No products will be accepted for return without a valid Return Authorization (RA) issued by our team.

If a product issue is reported, New PECO will make reasonable efforts to diagnose and repair the problem before approving a return. Customers are expected to cooperate with troubleshooting and repair attempts.

Customers are responsible for all freight and shipping costs associated with returning products to New PECO, Inc., including any damage incurred during return shipment. Original delivery freight charges are non-refundable and will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

New PECO, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to apply a restocking fee of up to 20% for any returned items that are not defective or in cases where the customer declines our efforts to resolve the issue.

Once the item is sent back, you should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your package to the return shipper.  The 30-day window includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive the item, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

Used:

Returns of used products are not accepted unless the product is defective.    Returns of defective products will not be accepted without prior authorization.   Call our customer service department at 1-828-684-1234 to request help.    The customer service representative will work with you to determine the nature of the defect and the best way to resolve the problem.
